I had an excellent experience.

Staff and hotel are clean, welcoming and affordable. We felt the location suited our needs very well. In fact, while traveling around "wine" country, we realized just how centrally we were located and in a very nice city which was laid out to attract visitors and how glad we had chosen this particular hotel.

The hotel was perfectly clean, and the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. the location was comfortable and unbeatable, only a 10-15 minute walk from Windsor Town Green. We both greatly enjoyed the food; it was delicious and offered a good variety of options.

We love how spotless everything looks. The bed was great. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. We have already reserved two hamptons for May. We have always had good luck with the Hamptons. Thanks for being consistent. Paul & Julie DeSantis

This place was great! Super clean, served yummy breakfasts, and the location was spot on, not too far from the airport. We lucked out with a room that had a bathtub 🛁.

Very good service all around, from the friendly front desk folks to the breakfast buffet manager. Buffet was very good and the pool/hot tub area was clean. Good location...walk to CVS or a handful of restaurants and is centrally located in the middle of the Sonoma wineries.

If I had to be picky, I was there with my wife on our honeymoon and they didn't add any special touches that hotels/resorts sometimes do.

The air conditioning goes off during the night and it gets too hot.

Thanks to the outstandingly accommodating staff everything was great. We had a queen room and it was reasonably large and well-appointed.

The hotel staff was very slow.

Staff was incredibly helpful. The room was very spacious, had free internet, large TV/business area, great bed and bath. The breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfast offerings.

Affordable spot, great for a quick stay. the room I had was spacious with a king-size bed, and it had a hairdryer - super handy! Also enjoyed a complimentary breakfast here, which was a nice touch! 🍳

Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable - great bed! The breakfast was good, the staff friendly, and the coffee hot and always available. The hotel made a good base for exploring Sonoma, and there is a UPS store in the shopping center across the street that will ship your wine.

Would stay here again and enjoy a very pleasant stay. Everything is perfect, we appreciated this hotel. The room is well-kept and brand-new with a comfortable decor. A great bar does the trick.
